To be eligible to join the Mentoring Program, prospective mentors ...

  • Should have at least 15 years professional experience and multiple stand out career achievements
  • Should have demonstrable and evidenced leadership experience
  • Should have experience of coaching, mentoring or counselling
  • Should strong empathy and communication skills
  • Should be able to evidence exemplary ethical conduct
  • Should demonstrate continuous learning behaviour
  • Should be willing to commit time and engagement to mentees - notionally six one-hour meeting commitments for each mentee.
