To be eligible to join the Mentoring Program, prospective mentors ...
- Should have at least 15 years professional experience and multiple stand out career achievements
- Should have demonstrable and evidenced leadership experience
- Should have experience of coaching, mentoring or counselling
- Should strong empathy and communication skills
- Should be able to evidence exemplary ethical conduct
- Should demonstrate continuous learning behaviour
- Should be willing to commit time and engagement to mentees - notionally six one-hour meeting commitments for each mentee.
